We created our recipe and methods by scratch to capture the very best flavor, texture, and look. Every Backstage Bagel is rolled by hand, cold-proofed for 24 hours, and boiled with honey to accomplish this.
We do not make New York or Montreal bagels. We make Backstage Bagels!
